These were the 'eunomous' race, we never did get good looks at a 'naumani' Dusky Thrush.
The situation on Eocheong was totally reversed, with only a couple of Dusky's, but Eye-browed Thrush flocks in the hundreds overhead.

It had a very obivous supercillium and submoustcial stripe was fl surronded by white it had no rusty red underneath its wing and was neatly spooted on body it was also slightly bigger than a redwing.
I had the good fortune to find a rare thrush and had very little time to id it.

Paul Island AK RBA we encountered a "Naumann's" Thrush yesterday at the Northeast tip of the island.
I want to solicit information on the breeding and wintering range of this southerly race of Dusky Thrush as well as any pertinent information on the relative rate of integration, current taxonomical position and pattern of vagrancy.
We managed decent photographs of the eunomus Dusky that we had the previous day (May 24) but were unable to achieve any useful shots of the Naumann's.

A check by local birders on March 10th failed to find them, and they were presumed to have moved on.
