		On Pages 350 and 538, the text indicates that Dustin Hoffman won a court judgment against Los Angeles Magazine for using digital imaging to merge Dustin Hoffman's head with a model's body to make it appear that the actor was wearing a silk gown and shoes designed by Richard Tyler and Ralph Lauren.
		Since the magazine was making a statement about Dustin Hoffman - a famous figure - the First Amendment protects it unless the representations were false and made with a reckless disregard for the truth.
		The court concluded that Miller's community standards test for obscenity is not viable in the context of the Internet as long as there are no technologies available to restrict access to selected geographic regions.
