In the second Yukam, called Chathura Yukam, one of the six pieces of Kroni was formed into a creature with the name of Kuntomasali.
In the sixth aeon, called Dwapara Yukam, the fifth fragment of Kroni was portioned into a hundred pieces, and made into Duriyodhanan and ninety-nine brothers to support him.
Towards the end of Dwapara Yukam, Thirumal (Vishnu), through the instrumentality of the Seven Virgins(Saptha Kanniyar), had begotten seven sons, the Santror Makkal (see:Santror Pirappu) in order to accomplish the task of destroying the Kalineesan and Kali mayai (Kali Yuga Maya) that were to be countered in the following Kali Yukam.

According to the Akilattirattu Ammanai, the Ayyavazhi holy book, Kroni was born in the first of the Eight Yukams (aeons) with multitudinous limbs each the size of a mountain, and was the first evil to be born in the Universe.
The six fragments of Kroni were then born as evil spirits (or Asuras) in six successive Yukams (aeons).

In Dwapara Yuga, science flourishes, people experience the spiritual in terms of subtle energies and rational choices, inventions are abundant, particularly those that dissolve the illusion of distance (between people and between things), and power is mostly in the hands of women.
The end of this age is associated with the death of Krishna, and the events described in the Mahabharata.
In the higher ages (Treta and Satya), writing is unnecessary because people communicate directly by thought; temples are unnecessary because people feel the omnipresence of God; wars are rare but they do occur; one such war is described in the Ramayana.
