	Massive lands ad deal with EA Games \| The Register
		The Xbox and PC versions of four new EA game releases will have Massive software included in them, which means that Massive can serve advertising into relevant gameplay spots inside the game with adverts changing on a daily or even hourly basis, and including video, graphics and text.
		EA has sold static ads in the previous versions of its games, but these have the disadvantage of only being able to be sold once and only to one advertiser, and they cannot support subsequent, time-based ad campaigns.
		Sony exerts an iron grip on its games, and may be deterring games designers from going down the ad serving route, in an attempt to differentiate its game experience from Microsoft's.

	EA Games staff sue the company
		EMPLOYEES HAVE launched a class action lawsuit against EA Games for "forcing them to work from 9am to 10pm, seven days a week", with the occasional Saturday evening off for good behaviour and for no extra cash.
		It turns out that "a good number" of EA employees weren't properly paid because the company thinks they are exempt.
		In an email sent to staff, EA Games said it will not fire people who join any class action, although it did offer people legal advice if they wanted to opt out of any class action.

		But man, EA getting them to do 80 - 90 hour weeks for long durations is rediculous and counter-productive in addition to being illegal and cruel.
