The guys in the band matched Mark's intensity and again they converted the wide butt skeptics into a lean rockin -in-rollin machine.
My wife and I saw GFR at both Atlanta gigs in 98 and like most GFR fans, their music can put me in a trance like state of euphoria.

The winning of the Battle Of the Bands at St. Louis Field was a high point for all of us and you really took the spotlight away from Tommy James and The Shondells, at the sorely missed Palace, in the magical Summer of '66.

If you were to dub this band the 'American Ozric Tentacles,' you wouldn't be too far off the mark.
However, the space whisper vocals of the superior Upon the Solar Winds are noticeably absent, and instead the band creates their mood music with the usual swirling synths and effects-laden guitar but no vocal accompaniment.
Inside The Gardens is the band's third release with wide distribution, and treads on similar ground as before.

Their most successful song 'Antisocial' was covered by the American thrash metal band Anthrax on their 1988 "State of Euphoria" album (adapted to English, although a French version of the song is also available) and became one of their most popular songs and videos.
Trust was a famous hard rock band seen by many in its early years as the French AC/DC.
The band became increasingly criticized starting in 1983 for its less "incisive" sound and the frequent changes of drummers (Nicko McBrain, one of drummer quit the band to join Iron Maiden and release Piece Of Mind with its legendary The Trooper).
