		The film provides a historical perspective of the first LNG disaster which incinerated one square mile of Cleveland, Ohio, killing 128 in 1944.

		The two-week long East Timor Human Rights Documentary Film Festival will be launched in all 13 districts of East Timor and is expected to attract more than 120,000 viewers, many of whom have no regular access to television, video or film.
		The painstaking search for footage and films (close to 50) about East Timor, and local language translations were undertaken by Internews with help from film makers and TV stations from as far as Japan and Australia.
