I have been there a few times, and would have to say that I am glad to see an eastern European flavor in the city.
The service has been good; not bad, not great and agree that they do need to brush up on little things like filling the water without being asked and keeping bread and drinks on the table.
As far as the food goes, it has a rustic eastern European polish flair.
