 Springwise: easy(Group) Does It
We're much more likely at the easyGroup to sit around working out how we can eliminate cost, as opposed to trying to dream up revenue streams because those revenue streams might, in the end, just be fl holes.
Big industries and old fashioned industries that are stuck with a high cost structure are obliged to go and try and get more revenue out of their customers, whereas if you design a business plan from scratch as we did, we can eliminate all unnecessary cost, so we're not forced to go revenue-chasing.
Don't forget, the easyGroup comes along in established industries and says, "You, the consumer, are used to consuming this particular product, and we're going to give it to you at a third of the price." I think that's a pretty convincing argument to consumers to get them onto your side.
