The tv series starred Hope Lange (costar of the 1st Deathwish movie) as the haunted house's new renter and Edward Mulhare (who costarred in the "Our Man Flint" movie and a classic episode of The Outer Limits), as the ghost.
The cast was unchanged for both years, with a bigger ensemble cast than the movie.
Hope Lange played widow Carolyn Muir (I don't know why they changed it from Lucy, TV did the same with The Incredible Hulk), and Edward Mulhare (see their bios on the bios page) as the 19th-century Captain.
