On June 30, Edward O. Nelson was recognized as the 2005 Bethel Seminary Alumnus of the Year at the Bethel University Luncheon, held in conjunction with the BGC annual meeting in Denver.
Nelson graduated from Bethel Academy in 1937 and completed a bachelor of theology at Bethel Seminary in 1939.
Among his most important pursuits, said Nelson, are to fully surrender his life in service to Christ, trust the Lord regardless of his circumstances, and seek and obey God’s guidance.
