If Eerie were to come back, it would probably be on the SciFi channel where they'd give it a different time slot each week and then cancel it because no one watched it.
Eerie Indiana deserved to do a lot better than it actually did and Reality Takes a Vacation was the best episode.
Eerie was an awesome kids show that unfortunately due to whatever poor fate become NBC's lowest rating show for the '91-'92 season.

For those, like myself, who remember watching this show religiously, week after week, even chasing after it as it was continuously bumped from timeslot to timeslot, it's hard to fathom that the series is almost 14 years old.

The acting is certainly as good as that on any other kids' show, the budget does not seem less than that of the original Eerie, but the show lacks something that made the original so special.
Although it pales in comparison to the original show, there are far worse ways to spend 30 minutes, and it's still better than Goosebumps.
