Egyptian Rat Screw   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-23)
Egyptian Rat Screw, commonly abbreviated as ERS, is a card game of the accumulation family.
This is a risky tactic, however, because it is very hard to judge where a face card might be, which can result in their loss unless you can win or slap the pile.
The origin of Egyptian Rat Screw, much less its name, is unknown.

However, rats don't make screeching noises and they don't fly away from you, nor do they sit there and float, crap, and make your life so much harder.
If I have my rat out, she's (yes, I want a female rat) going to be under my careful eye (so she doesn't run away and breed with wild rat colonies or become a hooker in Rat Cheevegas [las vegas, haha]) so there's really no way she'll have tiffs with the dog.
These are the things required for rat care: A rat (duh), a cage, a water bottle, a food bowl, a chew toy, an igloo, food, bedding, and some other stuff.

The deliberate anachronisms; the obvious anti-war sentiment; the deconstructive clash of fairy tale and myth; the underlying foment of feminist empowerment: all these themes tantalize us during intermission as we wait to see where McLaughlin is going to go with them.

The name might be misleading but Egyptian Rat Screw is an action packed card game, not the ancient art of molesting small rodents.
It is also known as 'Slaps', 'Beggar My Neighbour', 'Strip Jack Naked' and 'Egyptian War'.
The game requires one deck of playing cards with the jokers taken out, at least two players and a good, strong, flat surface to play on.

Kemetic Unorthodox Rat Screw is based on the popular card game 'Egyptian Rat Fuck' (or Rat Screw, depending on the age and temperment of the players).
They should turn these cards face-down and place them at the bottom of their hand without shuffling, and then flip the top card from their hand into the center to start a new stack.
Rat fucking: Whenever two cards of the same value are played on top of each other (two 8's for example, or two Kings), any player may try to slap the stack.

I think the way to go with this is to combine Cheapasses Brawl and good old-fashioned Egyptian Rat Screw (I believe you called it Egyptian War).
For extra cruelty points, you can always keep the entire game real-time, so that if a player throws their deck down and scatters cards everywhere, his opponent can slap cards down at her leisure.
Egyptian war was an insperation for this game, but using a deck didn't occur to me until I actually tried to play the game.

When I was 20 I was a homeless "ute" in Seattle- albeit regularly bathed, dressed like any college kid, without an inkling about who "Skinny Puppy" was, and never spanging in front of the Taco Bell- and would go to a drop-in center during the day.
One afternoon during a heated game of Egyptian Rat Screw, one of the counselors- let's call him "Mark"- was particularly flustered after I just beat him to a double-jack slap, and impulsively leaned over and bit me on the shoulder.
It wasn't a hard bite, and mostly meant in fun- he shook his head like a shark while he had a mouthful of my sweater sleeve- but the shock of a Social Worker biting you over a card game is not something you get over easily.

Arresting a suspect isn't a game of Egyptian Rat Screw, where the only penalty for a false shooting is putting your top card at the bottom of the pile.
The penalty for a false shooting is the killing of an innocent civilian, and I'm of the opinion that cops should be putting their lives on the line for those innocent civilians, not gunning them down in the street because they have a license to kill.
