	The Stealth Assassin, Tenchu Style.
		Well now, Eiji was taught the arts of Kisaragi Ninja style when he was very young, so that his emotions would develop along side his training, thus resuting in his having slim to nothing on the emotion factor.
		The Kisaragi's were still into the ancient styles etc. and the Kyokugen had moved on and didn't really care about the fued (a la Kusanagi vs Yagami) so when a Kisaragi would show up for trouble, it was a down right pisser.
		Eiji did not care for hs team, and had even planned to kill them once the tournament was over, for they could only be nuisances.

		I really don't know if it is confirmed or not.I tried playing party mode again after unlocking everything including Igniz but to no avail.At first i thought that they were probably strikers or something until i saw the movelist on that site.Those 2 are another strikers in KOF 2000 though.
		They would have unlocked Eiji and Rugal is they are actually in the game(s).
		yeah eiji is gay and looks retarded with a horrible design to go along with, but he does play pretty cool.
