Tsuburaya's position apparently is that the document itself is a forgery while they begrudgingly acknowledge that the company seal on it might be genuine.
Tsuburaya claims BCI and/or Chaiyo has to date never contacted them about accessing masters, while BCI has at least suggested they were denied access to Tsuburaya's elements.
Tsuburaya is currently appealing the ruling against them in the Japanese courts (a case is likewise pending in China), which would justify their refusal to release original elements or clones to Chaiyo for now.

Eiji's reputation in Japan is so great that he is often referred to as the God of Special Effects.
The Eiji Tsuburaya Project was instigated at the end of 1999 with the intention of celebrating Eiji's life, work and spirit on the occasion of his 100th birthday on July 7, 2001.
With Eiji's pet phrase "Dreams for Children" as its main theme, the project began to move forward in earnest in the Spring of 2000.

Eiji Tsuburaya originally intended for the Ultra Series to end with the 1967 series Ultra Seven, but Ultraman was too famous a character to keep down.
Produced in BandW by Tsuburaya Productions, this is actually the first of the long-running Ultra Series, and was broadcast on Tokyo Broadcasting System from January 2 to July 3, 1966 (the final episode was preempted until December 14, 1967), with a total of 28 episodes.
Although series creator Eiji Tsuburaya intended this series to be more like The Twilight Zone and focus less on the monsters, TBS convinced Eiji to add more monsters onto the show, as Godzilla and Gamera were very popular at the time (the first "Kaiju Boom" was already born).
