Eirjet is a charter airline based at Shannon International Airport in Ireland.
Eirjet has made an application to the United States Department of Transportation to permit the airline to perform ad hoc charters between Ireland and the US, within the US and from the US to third countries.
On March 29 2006 an Eirjet aircraft wet leased to Ryanair accidentally landed at British military airstrip at Ballykelly instead of City of Derry Airport which is 8km away.

The Shannon-based charter airline Eirjet suspended all its flights today due to financial difficulties.
Eirjet, which began operating in 2004, leased passenger aircraft to holiday tour companies and was operating charter services out of Dublin, Belfast Cork, Shannon and Knock airports.
In a statement this afternoon, Eirjet said it was trying to secure funding in an effort to keep afloat.

Eirjet are not on a cash only basis with the Fuellers at DUB, as you mentioned twice on airliners.net.
But i think it's fair to say Eirjet are not the only airline in DUB that had its share of delays last weekend.
Eirjet was around before EUjet's demise and as such has seen that they are safer sticking to what they are, which is a charter carrier.
