Bridget "McAuliff" of Eldred Township sold to John "McAuliff," also of Eldred, in a quitclaim deed for $100, the same 8 and one-fortieth acres plot she had purchased from Eliza in 1885 (McKean County, Pennsylvania Deeds; 113-133).
James Lundregan, Farmer, died at Turtle Point, Annin Township on 13 January 1907 (McKean County, Pennsylvania Wills; E:229); from the map of Annin Township lots we note that the 40-acre farm of "J.
