Clitheroe's lawsuit against Hydro One is for $6 million she feels she is owed as part of a severance provision in her original contract, and $24 million in slander damages.
I don't doubt Clitheroe's belief that she was called by God to serve, but given that she has stuck with this lawsuit, it would appear that she has not found forgiveness as part of her faith.

Clitheroe had the nerve to become the CEO of a major corporation, a position that obviously was intended for a man. So, all the people who hate women, including other women, ganged up on her and either did her in or relished in her termination.
The problem for Clitheroe was a board that appeared to be acting as if Hydro One was already a private sector corporation — rewarding its CEO with private sector level compensation.
Further, while the worst that can happen to you in the private sector is to be fired from your job, in the public sector, mere firing does not do it — you also have to be publicly disgraced, because those doing the firing have to paint themselves as pure and white as the driven snow.
