  General Dynamics F-111 Aardvark / EF-111 Raven
The F-111A was well-suited for modification to the role of an airborne electronic warfare platform because of its structural strength, maneuverability and performance -- including the ability to penetrate enemy airspace and escape at supersonic speed.
The primary electronic countermeasures unit is the AN/ALQ-99E jamming subsystem.
Information about new threats, not in the memory of the computer, can be fed into the system either through entries on the electronic warfare officer's cockpit keyboard or by programming the computer via a cassette that plugs directly into the plane.

GTRI | ELSYS | Transport Electronic Warfare Bus System
A major focus of this program is development of software to provide consolidated electronic warfare (EW) displays and to coordinate electronic warfare subsystem responses.
Two primary functions of the electronic warfare bus system are to report threats for display on an Electronic Warfare Officer display unit and to control threat responses (primarily chaff and flare).
The TRP software task developed for the integrated electronic warfare system was reused within the electronic warfare bus system; this commonality allows reuse of the supporting development tools with only minor modifications.
