Elliot and Olie also got into a handful of other things, including stuff that Olie was comfortable speaking about like Athletes Against Autism and the Capitals’ new jerseys, and some stuff he was not so comfortable with like Vincent Lecavalier’s alleged fondness for butt action.
This morning, Elliot took time out to talk a little about his “AMW” reenactment, which was shot Friday at a health club in Columbia.
And finally, at the last second, Elliot made a mid-dialogue decision to improvise his line from, “You ladies are looking hot tonight” to “The ladies are looking hot tonight,” and no one even noticed.

The FCC is seeking the maximum $27,500 for each of the alleged violations, or $247,500 in all, from a March 13, 2003, broadcast that included a graphic discussion about pornographic film star Ron Jeremy.

But two winners do appear to be emerging from Stern's move: In some cities, ratings for National Public Radio's "Morning Edition" bumped up, a reflection of Stern's appeal to a more liberal and urban audience that's demographically similar to public radio's listener base.

washingtonpost.com: Young Adult Listeners Make 'Junkies' a Habit

In radio's most lucrative audience, 25-to-54-year-old listeners, the summer showing by urban-music WMMJ-FM seems to indicate that its fall from first to third in the spring quarter was a fluke.
WMMJ is back on top with 8.1 percent of those listeners throughout the broadcast day and 8.2 percent (up from 6.2) in the crucial morning drive-time period of 6 to 10 a.m.

Brent Bozell's Entertainment Column - Audio Attacks on Catholics
It took almost seventeen months to adjudicate this: In their contest to recruit girls to dance in a cage at a Kid Rock concert, the "Elliot in the Morning" crew interviewed two girls who said they were students at Bishop O'Connell High School, a Catholic school in Arlington,Virginia.
The interview turned to the second girl, who said "we're both pretty hot." She claimed she and her friend "do our little show at parties," and Elliot asked "with your boobies out?" She said "depends on who's there." She claimed her sexual activity inside the Catholic school was in more secluded areas like stairwells.
Both girls claimed to be 18, so Elliot told listeners not to send "your g--damn e-mails...Save the ‘you're corrupting the youth of America.' Please...I didn't hold a gun to anybody's head to line up nine guys against a locker." Laughter followed.

DC 101's popular "Elliot in the Morning" is not known for delicate sensibilities or anything approaching good taste, but a recent show violated even those nonexistant standards.
On May 15, disc jockey Elliot Segal hosted an on-air contest offering a prize to the listener who claimed to have had the most abortions.
The inspiration for this macabre contest was a British study that found 1 in 3 abortions were performed on women who had at least one already, with one woman reporting six abortions in a year.
