		The album is most noted for being one of Carey’s only three non-holiday/non-soundtrack LPs to miss the peak position of the Billboard 200 (the other albums are Rainbow and Charmbracelet) and also for the fact that from now on Carey would also co-produce all of her albums.
		The album is most noted for the fact that Carey had to over come her fears of stage fright before singing in MTV’s Unplugged session, which was later released as the album due to high demand.
		The album, as said by Carey herself, should not be considered as a “Mariah Carey” album because it is a soundtrack and, therefore should not be compared to her regular album sales.

		This CD is at 4 million right now and I'm sure it would have continued to sell more had she released mine again, stay the night, circles or joy ride from this version.
