Rodda is now one of the most successful and versatile writers in Australia today, with her children's and adult books being read around the world.
Emily Rodda soon became one of the most popular authors in Australia-all thanks to wanting to entertain and inspire her own children.
Emily is planning to end this quest with three books in the third series: Dragon's Nest for release this year, Shadowgate in 2004 followed by Isle of the Dead and The Sister of the South, also for 2004.
