In the case of Engelsism, there wasn't any - so where's the advantage of having it on a /deletion page?
I've raised a number of problems with the seperation, and I think they're likely to result in a lower quality of decision-making.
The Engelsism page is a classic example of the complexity of combining both talk page and delete page.
