ENPs are distracted easily from the task at hand, and need to really develop their ability to focus in on what they're doing and close out environmental distractions.
ENPs will not finish all of their projects, and this should be understood, but the ENP should be encouraged to complete some projects all the way through to the end.
ENPs believe that surely things could be worked out in any situation so that the ENP gets want they want, and consequently they have a really hard time accepting that they're not going to get their way.

As a practising ENP who manages the care of children I do not believe I provide second rate care because I do not hold a children's nursing qualification.
It would be entirely unrealistic to expect all ENPs managing the care of children to hold a children's nursing qualification: service provision would grind to a halt overnight.
