		I would think that the Enterprise would be no match for a Star Destroyer, based on the fact that the Enterprise would be swarmed with Tie Fighters and Tie Bombers before they would ever have a chance to beam anything anywhere.
		After the Enterprise's limited weapon supply was depleted on battling Tie Fighters and its sheilds weakend by relentless bombardment, the Star Destroyer would arrive and capture the smaller vessel in its tractor beam, and it would be systematically boarded by waves of stormtroopers.
