01-20-04 10:10 AM This morning while doing some network testing I sniffed 199.232.41.7 attempting to wedge itself into an active-mode FTP connection by sending a packet from source port 20 back to my FTP client's FTP-data connection.
Another google search on "Cambridge Entrepreneurial Network" indicated that they were a SPAMhaus.
If they were trying to hijack an FTP connection, they'd have to forge their source address to be the same as that of the site you were connected to.
