 Trains collide at Epping - theage.com.au
A train driver was hospitalised and six passengers treated for minor injuries after two trains collided in Melbourne's north this morning.
An ambulance spokesman said the driver of the passenger train was taken to the Northern Hospital suffering from back and shoulder injuries, while another six passengers were treated for minor injures on the scene.
Epping line trains are terminating at Keon Park with buses operating between Keon Park and Epping stations.

You can only see the signs that name the train lines for each platform when you're actually at each platform, and there's nothing to say whether you should walk left or right from any given platform to find the one you're after.

The train was 6 carriages, and was as full as a peak hour 3 carriage train on the Upfield line.
Melbourne's has improved quite a lot since then, and I don't know what has happened to Toronto's, but if it has not gone backwards, it is still better than Melbourne's.
