  Wisconsin Board on Health Care Information-Minutes of the February 6, 2001, meeting
Radloff said that this issue, as well as several others that might relate to revision of the administrative rules, might be topics of discussion at the April Board meeting.
Radloff said BHI explained that the statute and administrative rule provide governance for BHI in its implementation of assessment policy and said facilities could express their concerns through their legislators or the Department Secretary.
Radloff closed discussion by saying that while the policy issue would likely continue to be debated, at this time all physicians holding a Wisconsin license and working in Wisconsin were required by law to pay the assessment.

Radloff was declared deceased at the scene, located directly in front of the Knights of Columbus Hall on FM 577, Thursday afternoon by Precinct Two Justice of the Peace Doug Cone.
Radloff was reported driving too fast for the conditions, heading south on the Horton Loop - and little more than 1/10th miles from the site of the previous fatality accident one day earlier.
In addition to the driver and mother of the four passengers being declared dead at the scene, the EMS reported four persons were taken to TMC for treatment and two persons were released at the scene.

Marian is survived by her husband, Byron Payne, and son, Eric Payne, both of the home, and her daughter, Alicia Payne, of Oak Grove, MO; her mother, Virginia Holomy of Bourbonnais, IL; and brother, Joseph Holomy of Beloit, WI.
She was the wife of the late Merton C. Radloff, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.
She is survived by daughter, Marilyn Maxwell of Downingtown; grandchildren, Kim Dietrich, Sott Pratt, Eric Radloff and twins, Holly Radloff and Heather Radloff; and three greatgrandchildren, Ian and Lucie Dorothy Dietrich and Rachael Radloff.
