		Ericeira is a lovely old fishing town which has kept a lot of its character and architecture whilst providing plenty of attractions for visitors; beautiful sandy beaches (some of which are a paradise for surfers), plenty of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious fresh seafood, tennis, mini-golf and a new public swimming pool.
		This charming house is set in one of the streets in the higher part of Ericeira away from the busy centre but within walking distance of all amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, chemist, post office etc. The property is laid out on one floor.
		The entrance leads into the sitting room with a fireplace for cooler evenings, and from there glass doors open onto a conservatory where breakfast and lunch can be taken on cooler days without having the indoor feeling.
