  Ernie Warlick Biography
While with the Bills, Ernie was a member of the 1964 and 1965 AFL Championship teams, and made the first touchdown reception in the 1965 game.
After retiring from football, Ernie became the first fl news/sportscaster in the Buffalo area, and was inducted into the Buffalo Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame in 1998.
Named for and given by the owner of the Buffalo Bills, Ernie was also the recipient of the 2000 Ralph C. Wilson Distinguished Service Award.

I believe that Ernie Warlick was an Africian American Warlick who played pro football for the Buffalo Bills.
I sent out invitations to a Warlick Family Reunion for last August and recieved a telephone call from an A-A family of Warlicks in Illinois.

In 1965 Byrd returned a punt for TD and Kemp threw a TD to Ernie Warlick for the other.
Maybe this week we'll be saying "Travis had the other TD as Willis cleared the way." And by "other TD" we mean the other TD in the first quarter.
