		It is proved, that although erotomania has a clinical picture rather similar to schizophrenia, manic-depressive psychosis and exogenous-organic psychoses, there are quite pathognomonic distinctive features, which become more evident in prolonged psychotic episodes.
		The abovementioned distinctive features may be helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of these psychoses.
