		Eskimo Joe is an Australian rock band whose debut album Girl went gold in 2001.
		Despite the fact that the first heat was one of their first gigs playing together, Eskimo Joe won the competition with prizes of a slot on the Livid Festival and a session in a recording studio.
		Eskimo Joe then signed a new recording deal with Festival Mushroom Records in 2002, then proceeded to record the A Song Is a City album with Paul McKercher and Nick Launay on production in 2003.

		10th June 2006: Eskimo Joes long awaited third full length album has now been released!
		Personally I think it is bloody fantastic, every fan should make sure to buy a copy ^^ I added a full lyrics list in the Discography section and will hopefully be able to completely revamp the site sometime soon.
