		Somehow Essex FM won the last vote (must be over a year ago now).
		Now Essex FM is apparently owned by GWR (which has many very similar radio stations all over the place) and they seem to have a policy of playing music that makes you feel good about yourself.

		From October 2004, Essex FM began broadcasting from new studios in Glebe Road, Chelmsford.
		The local station for the Essex new town of Harlow started back May 1993, and was closely linked to Essex FM in Southend.

		Would I be able to listen to Essex FM via my Sky, I can't seem to find it, just a local station from Yorkshire.
		I use a similar device to shift a DAB station onto FM, as I only have one digital radio that can't easily be moved, as it will only work properly if attached to a directional antenna on the roof.
