Ethan Moreau (born 22 September 1975) is a professional ice hockey left wing.
Then, March 20, 1999, Moreau was dealt in a blockbuster trade to the Edmonton Oilers along with Chad Kilger, Daniel Cleary and Christian Laflamme in exchange for Boris Mironov, Dean McAmmond and Jonas Elofsson.
Although Moreau has not shown the scoring touch he had in junior, he has been an excellent checking forward for the Oilers, providing leadership and grit from their third line.

Moreau has been the warrior all year and he may even hit the 20 goal mark (something that I have been saying he could do for a long time now).
Ethan is always one of my favorite players at this time of year, the sad thing is that I always start "Ethan for..." threads every August without fail.
Moreau is one of the few guys in the NHL that has actually had a career year after signing a long contract extension.
