		A retired man from Stockport, Charles Hamilton, has won one of the regionâs top environmental awards for his 35 years of volunteer work at Etherow Country Park.
		They are given out every autumn in recognition of the contribution of volunteers towards improving the waters and waterside of the Northwest.
