Would this perhaps also explain a little bit the fear of the church for etruscan religion and declaring it the mother of superstitions ?
Besides it is very interesting how much of the etrucan /roman things were incorporated in the church.
You can compare etruscan?roman sacerdotial dress with the garments of the diacon/and bishop.
