I have seen the Cosmo 13B referred to as 13B-RE, even though the Cosmo 13B engine was essentially the same as the 3rd generation RX7's 13B-REW engine.
The ECCS Cosmo is equipped with a single video panel in place of where the radio/heating controls are normally.

  Mazda Eunos Cosmo History
Later Cosmos competed in the ultra-high luxury performance market in Japan with the final JC Cosmo (1990-1995) sold as the Eunos Cosmo.
It was known as the Cosmo AP in Japan, and sold internationally as the Mazda RX-5, though in some export markets its piston powered counterpart was called the Mazda 121 (a name later applied to Mazda's subcompact model).
The Cosmo was Mazda's 'large' compact rotary coupe and based on the Mazda RX-4 floorpan and mechanics, but slightly heavier due to body design and more luxurious appointments, including an 5-link rear suspension and rear disc brakes.

Fuel economy was also a bit of a problem with a hard driven Cosmo, around town, the 20B model would average 6.0km/l or around 16L per 100km and the 13B 7.2km/l (13.8L per 100km).
The Cosmo was updated for 1993, with the addition of a new model and the removal of a model to reflect preferences of the Series I buyers.

The 20B-REW was an optional engine for the Cosmo, so it made it more rare; estimation on number of Mazda Eunos Cosmos sold with the 20B engine option is numbered under 1,000 units!
You'll need fabricate at least a new front oil cooler line, since the position of the oil cooler line coming of the front cover is shorter (when using the stock FC oil cooler position).
The Cosmo 20B coil packs are normally mounted on the fender area, so they are not usually included with just the 20B long block.

I thought I read something in one of the car magazines back in HS about a JDM Cosmo that sold for the equivilant of $50k+, and was generally only built upon request/to order.
The later 20B Cosmo of the 90's was also custom-built at one point, but started off as a regular production car.
It was sold under the Eunos nameplate in later years.
