Eustace Sutherland Campbell Percy, 1st Baron Percy of Newcastle, PC (March 21 1887-April 3 1958) was a British Conservative politician.
Percy served as President of the Board of Education from 1924 to 1929 and as Minister without Portfolio from 1935 to 1936 whilst known as "Lord Eustace Percy" (he was a younger son of the 7th Duke of Northumberland).
Percy was created Baron Percy of Newcastle, of Etchingham in the County of Sussex, in 1953, a title that became extinct upon his death without male issue.

She married Eustace Fitzjohn who was given the title Baron of Alnwick and received the rights to the castle and its vast possessions.
He joined the confederation of the barons against the King (he was one of the 25 barons appointed to enforce the observance of the Magna Carta) and sided with Alexander, who was now King of Scotland, in his invasion of Northumberland.
Eustace was succeeded in 1216 by his son William who was the only de Vescy Baron who reigned for forty years and kept Alnwick Castle in a peaceful state.
