The Executive Director shall be an attorney actively licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas, shall serve at the will of the Court, and shall devote full time and effort to promptly and efficiently perform the duties stated in subsection B of this Section, and such other duties as directed by the Committee.
As authorized by and upon such terms as the Committee shall direct, the Executive Director may employ such personnel, including temporary employees, and retain independent counsel, as may be required to perform the administrative, investigative or legal functions of the Committee.
