	Extended Vector Animation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		Extended Vector Animation (EVA) is a web-based vector graphic file format developed by Sharp Corporation in 1996.
		The format is popular in Japan and several versions of EVA Animator software have been sold and included as standard software in Japanese Sharp notebook computers such as the Mebuis.
		The EVA format is comparable to the Macromedia Flash format except that the files are 13 times smaller than Flash counterparts.

		Ok I've been using Flash since it was called "Future Splash Animator" and I know it is the best way to deliver low bandwidth interactive material.
		While I think Flash when used as pure vectors, is a quick way to get some images and animations over the "wire" - mind you, complex vector graphics can be just as heavy as any .jpg or .png out there in filesize.
		EVA (extended vector animation) but Sharp Corp. will just not release it outside of Japan.
