Drama therapists are generally theatre artists who take extra training in psychology and psychotherapy in order to apply drama in a therapeutic fashion.
Drama therapists often work with patients in a more "distanced" role, a role not of the individual in his actual life situation.
Psychodrama doesn't generally use ritual as much as drama therapists, but in fact there are increasing degrees of cross-over, so that many drama therapy techniques are being integrated into psychodrama; and vice versa.

At twenty-eight, Clay Beasley is one of thousands of young, handsome actors trying to get that "big break" in L.A. And with his warm brown eyes, incredible body, and aw-shucks Texas charm--plus talent--he's getting close, even if he is stuck taking extra work on daytime TV's hottest soap opera, Sunset Cove.
Spending time on the set is a real eye-opener for Clay, as he gets to see the soap world's most gorgeous, egocentric men and women at their conniving, clawing best (or worst), along with a parade of bitchy producers, weary directors, insane writers, put-upon casting agents, and ruthless network hotshots.
Set in the outrageous world of daytime soaps, Dave Benbow's raucously sexy, wickedly funny debut novel lays bare the lust, greed, and ambition of Hollywood, through the eyes of an innocent newcomer who wants it all.

Warning on future of Australian drama - TV & Radio - Entertainment
If an hour of Australian drama costs up to $500,000 to make, a Government investment of $50 million could pay for the production of an extra 100 hours of local drama.
The ABC is expected to screen about 14 hours of Australian drama this year, down from a peak of more than 100 hours in the early 1990s.
The Government should establish a commercial television production fund, available to the independent producers of prime-time scripted drama and comedy, and accessible only by networks that had matched or exceeded their legislated Australian drama content quota, he said.

A companion station, BBC Five Live Sports Extra, was launched as a digital-only service on February 2 2002.
The station was originally launched as BBC Radio 5 at 9am on August 27 1990, and carried a mixture of sports, news, children's programming and drama, broadcasting for about 18 hours per day.
The BBC eventually decided to relaunch the station with a new name, so the "old" Radio 5 closed down at midnight on Sunday March 27, 1994 following a special programme on the subject of endings, and the new Radio Five Live began its 24-hour service on the morning of Monday, March 28.

If true love means to you, that the other should mother and protect you, you will on this level look for a community that might fulfil your needs.
In practice this means, that you can observe, like a neutral observer how you have handled the options and challenges of love on the different levels of development, and what kind of thought forms and behaviour may even today hinder you to give and receive true love.

"La Capricciosa corretta" -- or the resurrection of a lost opera-- Liesl Graz. Geneva
The name of the drama is taken from the extra turn of horror given to a story of the supernatural by the inclusion of children, victims or agents, or both, of the evil lurking all about.
The original story took the form of a narrative, told by one person; Britten's librettist, Myfanwy Piper, did a superb job of turning it into a full-fledged stage drama with six characters, including the pivotal roles of the two children around whom all the drama of innocence and evil turns.
We in the audience are destablised along with the personae of the drama, and the musical symbolism -- with each of the short scenes written in another tone -- is constantly present, without being overweening.

Vaz then returned to England for some years, "working in theatre, at the BBC and at odd jobs", until he was invited by UWI Extra Mural Department Head Philip Sherlock to become the university's second drama tutor.
Among the painful memories Vaz has are the problems he had with Little Theatre Movement (LTM) founder Greta Fowler, and the term-long 1970 occupation of the then Creative Arts Centre (now the Sir Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts) by students while Vaz was drama tutor there.
As UWI drama tutor, Vaz kept urging the authorities to consider building a theatre and eventually the Creative Arts Centre (CAC) was built.
