After giving the Eye Toy more thought, I began to realize that though I still saw the peripheral as a gimmick, I still felt it had more potential on a game console than it would on a PC, where most people would simply use a camera for video conferencing and video messaging.
Eye Toy: Play is the name of the game and these 12 mini-games are a simplistic, yet entertaining examination of the Eye Toy's usefulness.
I don't believe the Eye Toy is for everyone, but I can honestly say that it is an item that I'm glad I own and I am simply excited to think of the many possibilities that this little unit might be able to bring us in the future.
