And the underlying fs can use existing directory code instead of something extra.
So the only change needed for the open system call is that it will suddenly succeed in the open("filename/forkname") case that used to complain about an invalid path because "filename" isn't a directory.

The Magonia Database: 1868-1968 (Complete text)
About 7 km north of Linn Grove, they found the craft on the ground, came within 700 m of it but it "spread its four giant wings and rose towards the North." Two strange figures aboard the craft made efforts to con- ceal themselves.
The enormous craft seemed undamaged as it rested briefly on the ground, then lifted again with a humming sound, started to spin, released a shower of fine silvery threads, and rose straight up, disap- pearing in seconds.
Aboard the US attack transport "Delarof," 14 sailors saw a dark sphere rise out of the ocean, follow a curved trajectory, and fly away after circling their ship.

Donkey FS 6/27/2005 12:46:31 PM I don’t really want to get into a heated discussion with you over this, though I’m sure that others may well, but Mers El Kebir need not have happened, all Admiral Gensoul had to do was scuttle his ships or turn them over to the RN.
Whether FS believes this rubbish for ideological reasons or whether he has a case of Stockholm Syndrome (the terrorist/hostage thing - German bending France over the furniture once too often) is debatable but irrelevant to his beliefs.
It was FS who hijacked the thread saying how he wanted the FN to attempt to sink the RN today because of his misguided ideas of what happened at Oran.
