Fables and Reflections, placed sixth in the Sandman library, collects most of these.
Fables picks up again with "Song of Orpheus," which positions the Sandman mythos in ancient Greece for a haunting retelling of the myth of Orpheus.
Because of its inconsistency, Fables and Reflections is a low point in the Sandman library (most volumes are wholly excellent).

Sandman: Fables and Reflections is a collection of single-issue stories, each illustrating a simple moral in an innovative and sometimes unsettling way.
This is one of the more unsettling of the tales in Fables and Reflections; Gaiman’s view of history is intriguing and can’t be faulted on historical grounds - and there is a disquieting ring of truth to the Sandman’s actions.
Again, the twist in the tail throws a new light on the story; but this may be the weakest tale in Fables and Reflections.

We enter their lives, and the greater mythology that Gaiman has created, through the travels of Dream, the titular Sandman, who is attempting to restore order to his dream realm after a period of imprisonment and chaos.
FABLES AND REFLECTIONS, the sixth volume in the series, is a collection of short standalone pieces that were created during various stages of the series' initial run.
Mostly morality plays, these stories weave in Gaiman's fascination with history, introducing both prominent and obscure characters to the Sandman's dream world; a storytelling vehicle that has helped secure THE SANDMAN's place as a piece of legitimate literature.

My personal favorite was, at the time I originally read them, and remains today, Fables and Reflections.
Some are better than others (I’m partial to the first three, myself), naturally, but they’re all beautifully crafted, both in regards to the prose that narrates them, the dialogue that propels them and the artwork that brings them to life.
And the stories are all over the map, as far as plots are concerned.

This is certainly my favourite of the Sandman series that I have read so far, the others being Preludes and Nocturns, Dream Country, Season of Mists and Brief Lives.
In my opinion The Doll's House has one of the better realised story lines, and the way that the different perspectives of the main story, as seen by different characters, blend togther is perfect.
I have enjoyed all the Sandman books so far, but this one is definitely top of my list so far.
