  Oenophilist and Wines
With Regards to wine, there are three types of person so far: those who like to solely enjoy its flavor; those very interested in how it is made and some further information; and those who are “oenophilists”.
These other techniques include, whether the wine is of high quality with respect to other wines of its price, region or vintage; if it is typical of the region it is made in or diverges in style; if it uses certain wine making techniques, such as “oak fermentation” or “malolactic fermentation”.
Many professional wine tasters, such as sommeliers – which are restaurant waiters specialized in wine - or people purchasing for liquor outlets look for characterists which are desirable amongst wine drinkers and which are likely to sell or mature well.

  Jesus and Wine
If, in addition to the considerable quantity of alleged alcoholic wine already consumed, Christ miraculously produced between 120 and 160 gallons of intoxicating wine for the use of men, women and children gathered together at the wedding feast, then He must be held morally responsible for prolonging and increasing their intoxication.
Christ’s allusions to wine in Matthew 9:17 and Luke 5:39 are seen by moderationists as an indication of His approval of the moderate use of alcoholic wine.
Christ’s use of "wine" at the Last Supper to represent His redeeming blood (Matt 26:28; Mark 14:24) is seen by moderationists as the clinching proof of the Lord’s approval of its use.

Building a Wine Cellar Requires More Than Racks
Building a wine room addition or converting an existing room for wine storage requires more than placing a few racks in a room.
The most important requirement for an effective wine room is a stable, cool temperature (between 55 and 60 degrees) and a stable humidity (between 55% and 75%).
Using climate control and humidification equipment that is specifically designed for wine storage is critical, because standard air conditioners and refrigeration systems remove moisture from the air, affecting the room's humidity levels.
