  Urban Dictionary: fangirl
This fangirl is the least likely to cause chaos or mayhem, insult or annoy someone else who is not a fangirl (or boy, if they happen to be male).
They tend to rant a lot more than other fangirls, and are more easily to insult or anger if you tell them that their "idol" is just a two-dimensional character, or someone whom they will most likely never meet.
These are the fangirls most dislike and tend to stay away from due to their ability to easily annoy others, and their high levels of immaturity.

Fangirls are obsessive fans who generally worship one character from a particular canonical work as a sex god to the point of near-insanity.
Many fangirls are also Suethors, and act out their fannish impulses by writing slashfic and fanfic.
Note that "fangirl" is not a gender-specific term; it can be applied to both men and women.

Fangirl - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fangirl refers to a member of female fandom, as opposed to the masculine "fanboy".
Fangirls are generally perceived as less interested in debates on canon, and more interested in the (often romantic) relationships between fictional characters, such as slash and shipping fanfic.
These "Fangirls" tend to be of the sound mind and body (we think) and are capable of holding perfectly legible conversations.

Fanboy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The female equivalent is sometimes called a fangirl.
Fangirls tend to be more devoted to emotional and romantic aspects of their fandom, especially shipping.
Stereotypically, fanboys are attributed with a sycophantic devotion to the creators and principles behind a work they are currently enthralled by, but will quickly move their attention elsewhere once something better or just newer comes along.

Are You A Fangirl?   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-10-15)
A dead-on fangirl always reply to negative news of her idol in print with a "Interviews and quotes are always misquoted by the jealous press, and I won't believe until Mariah Carey herself comes out and admits that she is a drugged-up, alcoholic, hysterical has-been who needs depression treatment!"
As most fangirl forums are powered by Infopop that allows large attachments to one's signatures, fangirls tend to put at least two big photos or screencaps, a long list of said idol's quotes, and their fansite banner.
They're rather believe that their idol is just there, waiting for their pure, asexual fangirl love (at least they are too hypocritical to admit that they want to shag their idol) rather than to enjoy the sleazy, good skank vibes of groupies.

 The Men of SEO
I moved to one of the only countries on the planet that still considered me a youth once I passed the 18-24 category in demographic surveys, and tomorrow it all comes to an end.
I feel like I've been living in meetings, and I've been requesting that invitations for social events come over in CSV files or PowerPoint format, so I'm happy to finally get to the last pictures from the last SES, which along with a few blogs, have kept things interesting for me.
All the modifications, client reporting and other stuff that I was hoping to have done Thursday evening/Friday morning is finally done.

Your days of soul searching are over because Moonspark and I, who have dedicated our lives to bishounen-related public service, have come up with a little list of the most common types of fangirls out there.
There are others, oh yes, there are others, but to list them all would take more energy than either of us have.
A wee little link back to us would be appriciated since we are always looking for new converts.
