		Pingtung District Court is located in the southernmost county of Taiwan, Pingtung County.

		A female Vietnamese passenger, 24, died of internal bleeding at Pingtung's Fangliao Hospital yesterday after sustaining serious injuries to her lungs in the accident, they said.
		According to the Pingtung District Prosecutors' Office, which is in charge of the probe into the accident, the Taiwan Railway Administration's preliminarily determined that the mishap was a case of sabotage.
		During an inspection of the accident scene, she said there are only 12 police officers in charge of railway safety in Pingtung, which she said is insufficient.
