Russian Far East (Russian: Д́альний Вост́ок Росс́ии; English transliteration: Dalny Vostok Rossii) is an informal term that refers to the Russian part of the Far East, i.e., extreme south-east parts of Russia, between Siberian Federal District and the Pacific Ocean.
The Russian Far East basically corresponds to the territories of Amur Oblast, Chukotka, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Kamchatka Oblast, Koryakia, Khabarovsk Krai, Magadan Oblast, Primorsky Krai, Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, and Sakhalin Oblast.
The Russian Far East should not be confused with Siberia, which does not stretch all the way to the Pacific.

Walter Trembicky [tbc69], pages 134 and 135, it mentions two proposed flags for Green Ukraine, or the Ukrainian Far East, neither of which was officially adopted, since the movement quickly proved abortive.
The canton is, one half the length and one half the height of the flag.
