		Fargoth is pretty much the first person you see after leaving the Census Office.
		Talk to Fargoth about his ring, which he wants back.
		At night, Fargoth will start sneaking around and end up in the muddy pool near the lighthouse - specifically the hollow tree stump in the middle of it.

	The UESP: Morrowind Misc Quest Walkthrough
		Hrisskar, in the bar upstairs, will reveal that he believes Fargoth has been hiding gold from him and he asks you to help find it.
		If you wait until night and stand on the light house you can watch Fargoth (around 10 pm) sneak to his secret hiding spot in the trunk of a tree in the muddy swamp you can see from the lighthouse.

		So what you do is, go to the lighthouse and watch Fargoth, at night.

	Tips and Tricks for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
		Okay first find the healing ring in the barrel just outside of the entrance to the second part of the excise office.
		Then take that ring and give it to fargoth in exchange for a good attitude from the town shop keep.
		Okay now watch fargoth for around 2 minutes and wait until he puts his stuff in the swamp stump.
