  Farnborough Air Show - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Farnborough Airshow has its origins in the annual RAF Airshow at Hendon (1920–1937) and was established by the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC), which was founded in 1916.
It is currently held at Farnborough Airfield in mid July in every even numbered year, alternating with the Paris Air Show and is therefore held in the same years as the Berlin Air Show (ILA).
Farnborough International is a commercial air show, organised by the British aerospace industry's body the SBAC whose main purpose is to demonstrate civilian and particularly military aircraft to potential customers.
