		"Fat Butt and Pancake Head" is episode 705 of the Comedy Central series South Park.
		"Fat Butt and Pancake Head" is a reference to Jennifer Lopez's large buttocks and, according to episode commentary, Ben Affleck has a face that is as flat as a pancake.
		Lopez is based on the characters of "Johnny" and "Pedro" in the ventriloquism of Señor Wences.

	Butt Out - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
		An upbeat anti-smoking group called Butt Out, which incorporates elements of dance and hip-hop into its routine, performs at South Park Elementary, which brings out a mixture of boredom, annoyance, confusion and fear in the boys.
		Afraid that they will grow up to be as lame as the people in Butt Out, the boys decide to take up smoking, which their parents find out about when the school burns down as a result.
		They explained that they both did the episode mostly because they think Rob Reiner is a "big fat ass", and because they were tired of people they loved being bombarded by people who yelled at them for smoking.

		As terrific as those episodes are, the most clever offering this time around is the season opener, "Cancelled", which opens with the boys realizing that their morning is a "repeat" of what happened ages ago in the first season.
		Something strange is going on, and after the satellite comes out of Cartman's butt again, it's slowly revealed that Earth is actually just an intergalactic reality show that is about to be cancelled by an alien race called the Joosians.
		The boys' only hope is to meet with the all-powerful network execs, who are happy that the show managed to get past 100 episodes.
